Isabel has served me super well and Rosa has been a love… especially because I arrived very indecisive and with a very closed concept and they looked for what I asked for and also gave me several options and invited me to try on even the dresses that I had never tried on and I realized that they looked great and were very original, I did not think I was going to leave the store at the first time with the dress of my dreams!!!! But I did! Thanks girls!!!
Last Saturday I visited the wonderful atelier and became a LOVE IS IN THE AIR girl. Love at first sight with the experience! I found the dress of my dreams; I felt very happy, cared for, comfortable and pampered; I enjoyed their unique, divine and special models; and…, above all, I was lucky to be attended by Rosa, a true professional with a clinical eye that, from the beginning captured my style, my tastes and what I wanted to find, with a sympathy and closeness that made me leave there happy, happy, happy and with my goal achieved. I have been back several times for one of my favorite stores and it is always a pleasure. My last purchase was by phone, an emergency with covid dyes, I chose the dress based on the photos I was sent and Rosa’s advice, it arrived home packaged as a gift and, when I tried it on, I verified that just as Rosa predicted, it fit me like a glove. I went to the atelier as I found out about it through social media and my experience was perfect. They have dresses for all tastes and they help you in everything, I am a very classic bride but if you are looking for something different, this is your atelier. What I liked the most is that they are clear and straightforward people who are not looking to sell for the sake of selling. You have the privilege of being able to see and touch the fabrics/textures of all types of dresses, an experience of 10. They help you until you get what you are looking for and even encourage you to try on anything else you don’t have in mind, on my first appointment I fell in love with a dress but I still don’t know if it will finally be the one. Nevertheless, he will surely be back. Congratulations on the job girls!
Yesterday I went to try on a Milla Nova dress, we arrived late because of the traffic and although this meant that the person who attended us left late there was no problem, moreover, resolved all my doubts and proposed changes in the things that I liked a little less of the dress dedicating all the time I needed. What I liked the most was the personalized treatment and the attention, you can tell that Rosa, the person who attended us, has knowledge of both sewing and design (my mother understands the subject and said that the execution proposal was perfect). What I liked least was the location, difficult to park and the parking lot next to it was full when we went. The dress will arrive in a few months, I will edit the review as events unfold.
I had a lot of doubts about which style would be the most appropriate for that big day. Without a doubt the treatment was excellent, advising me at all times. Great professionals and very exclusive dresses.
