This shop is the best! Isabel took such good care of me, and Rosa was a sweetheart—especially because I arrived very indecisive and with a very narrow concept in mind. They found exactly what I asked for, but they also gave me several options and encouraged me to try on dresses I never would have considered. I realized they looked great on me and were very original. I didn't think I would walk out of the shop with the dress of my dreams on the first visit, but that's exactly what happened! I’m a very classic bride, but if you’re looking for something different, this is your atelier. What I liked most is that they are clear and direct people who aren't just trying to make a sale. You have the privilege of being able to see and touch the fabrics and textures of all kinds of dresses—a 10/10 experience. They help you until you find exactly what you're looking for, and they even encourage you to try on things you hadn't considered. Yesterday I went to try on a dress from Milla Nova. We arrived late due to traffic, and even though it meant the person helping us had to stay late, it wasn't a problem at all. In fact, she answered all my questions and suggested changes to the parts of the dress I liked less, giving me all the time I needed. What I liked most was the personalized service and attention; you can tell that Rosa, who helped us, has expertise in both tailoring and design (my mother knows about this and said the proposed execution was perfect). What I liked least was the location—it's hard to park, and the nearby parking garage was full when we went. The dress will arrive in a few months; I'll keep updating this review as things progress.
