Returns and exchanges

In case the product arrives to your hands with any manufacturing defect you can request an exchange by contacting info@loveisintheair.es within the first 48 hours after you received your garment and make the return process within the next 2 business days, as well as follow the process that we indicate. The cost of the return shall be borne by the customer unless the garment arrives with a defect. Love is in the air must authorize any return or exchange. After this time, Love is in the air will not accept exchanges or returns.

In order to accept exchanges, items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached and undamaged within 48 hours from the date you received your order. Please note that orders must be returned from the same country in which they were originally shipped. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, hangers, garment bags and other signature packaging materials in good condition.

The shipping cost is non-refundable.

We remind you that no refunds of any kind will be made. Once the order has been placed, no returns are accepted, only physical exchange due to product defect or size change (subject to availability) within a period not exceeding 2 working days, once the order has been received.

Once you have made your purchase, we will send you the tracking number of your purchase to the email address you registered with, as soon as it is shipped.

Delivery times

  • For shipments within Spain the delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days.
  • For international shipments the delivery time is between 5 and 10 business days.

International Shipments

Yes, we have international shipments, in this case the cost and delivery time may vary depending on the country of shipment. When you checkout and enter the destination city, the shipping rate will be provided.
Love is in the air does not cover taxes or customs duties imposed by each country at the time of importation. Each country’s customs policies are different, so we cannot predict what the charge will be. Taxes in connection with the purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
